having churned out dismal, disappointing, unsightly grades at the prelims, it's time for me to sprint the last 100m and not give up. this isn't the time to give up. if i wanted to, i would have done it a year ago. i can see the finishing line. a golden ribbon is flapping in the wind, welcoming my presence. it's so enticing, i want to speed up. i want to cross it in faith, in style, with felicity and with full confidence of myself. i see the tons of supporters by the side, spurring me on. i want my dreams of success to come into succession and i know with God by my side, i will.  to all meridians of 2008, dorea and my dearest brother nicholas yeo, all the best! we'll get through the trying period together. gambatei kudasai! pierre: it was a pleasure meeting you today. thanks for the encouragements suni! chat again after the 'a's.
