kk... i'll blog before i go do some hw.
first things first... i have valuable info for sally kwong. ur R2 twins are going to be separated. one of them going tjc, while the other going to vjc. so sally, be nice to christine and shuuji and pray that they make friends with one of them. think of it, we're actually going to get a chance to know either of them.. and soon we will know both. on the contrary, sally will seduce him and then swallow the other one too. then she will be so busy during the weekends with the R2 that she will forget us. sigh...so sad!
school sucked today... pearlene and cindy pon school again. so no fun. arrggg...i'm hating school now.
so sian...

aiyo... so busy. study study study... mjc is a freaky school. u study till u die lah!
i'm so tired of studying. lucky there are activities along the way to perk us up. oh well...
Happy Birthday Mum...
she's old already. went out yesterday to celebrate her birthday at some european restaurant in fifth avenue. in case u don't know where that is, it is in bukit timah where all the filthy rich people live (their houses are worth millions of dollars). expatriates also stay there whilst working in singapore. so ya, my aunt treated my family to a filling meal which cost over 200 dollars. so ex right? see i told u... only for the rich and famous to dine there. had all kinds of meat... beef top-side, lamb, chicken, ham, pork, sausages, chicken liver, chicken heart, fish. hearing me list them just sounds so good right? we all had so much to eat yesterday that i was so full after the whole dinner. the way the waiters serve is so unique. they come at intervals with the grilled food and will use the skewer to push the food onto our plates. oh, and they are so generous with their portions. u have to tell them to give u a bit, or else they give u a lot of that particular meat. i enjoyed the chicken liver and heart the most. SO DELICIOUS! i recommend this place to u... u go there if u have the money lah. and don't bring cash cos so embarrassing... bring a credit card to pay cos the people who dine there are those who can cough out $500 one shot and who have cards like the mastercard or citibank. but once again... try it! it's so nice.
before that i went out with shuuji, sally, anisa, christine & zukai to bugis. miss all of u so much... so ya, was supposed to watch 'final destination 3' but because christine & i had to go home early and the movie only ended at 6, so we decided to just catch up with each other. went to seoul gardens of which the whole lunch costed us $130. thanks shuuji for treating... and congrats once again on being 7-pointer. oh, and u got ur wish of being on the screen. well done! haha... that meal was to celebrate our fantastic 'o' level results. the six of us are smart sae... *clap clap clap*
kk... didn't do much lah. went window shopping cos none of us brought enough money to shop in bugis. so went to bugis village to look for bags cos all 6 of us wanted new bags. will be going out with them again next week. by then, will probably do the real shopping.
sigh... have to go back to my work now. stupid school with stupid homework. pissed.

hello...i'm currently in mjc library waiting for the sargas OGL meeting to start. very tired... finished PE and ya, cooling out here before the meeting starts in an hour's time. i can't wait to go home and rest... finish up my tutorials and enjoy myself over the weekends. i can't escape band... the vice-president told the DSA students that we aren't allowed to pon band. so sad right! sigh... oh well, band's okay lah! so ya... lots to do. but shall leave that to later when i reach home.
there is american idol later... for the guys this time. shall watch it... must watch it!
cheehowe is being lame. he wanted me to say he was the best! here goes ew chee howe...u're LAME! but however lame u r, you've been a great friend. there... happy now???
ben quek crashed mjc today. he was with me and pearlene thru out the whole day. sat with us during tutorials and lecture. i think he really wants to come to mjc... which i think he will lor. the worst thing which could possibly happen would be when dorminic comes in. i hope i never get into the same class as him... NEVER!
PE today was mainly physical conditioning for the guys in my class. did two rounds warm-up around the tracks before we went to the gym. focused on my triceps today... my goal is to be able to do at least three pull ups by may. i know i will... determination will win eventually. cheehowe was so funny during his make-up PE which was held during recess. he was so motivated by me losing weight. right cheehowe... i know u love my blog too! here i am blogging about u... kk, he was literally pleading with ms seah to let him off for ponning PE and TAF. haha... obesity is not good thing u know! so ya... ms seah was rather mean lah. she kept making him do crunches and push-ups, which i tell u was SO COMICAL! he was sweating profusely... too much LARD! oh well, i will make him exercise with me. CHEEHOWE... 14kg to lose. GO GO GO!
haha...
kk...i'm getting bored in here. the school disabled us from going to friendster. so so sian... must go home and use msn too. gtg.
ciao.

mj soccer team rocks man! we won tpjc soccer team by 3-1. cool rite? i was watching the match after band just now at the gallery... with many other people who were there. yanhan, azulina, eugene, melissa, shuyu, yvonne etc. there were lots of people cheering and screaming for mj soccer team... the atmosphere was so high. haha...
so ya... school as usual, freaking boring! lectures after lectures... tutorials after tutorials. sickening man! stupid school... i think ms lai is just pressurising us. she wants us to die! she wants to see people retain and cry. i hate it... i don't want to retain in J1 for another year. it'll be so embarassing! oh well, i will mug like crazy again this year... like i'm doing my 'a' levels a year earlier. i'll enlist the help of all the smart asses... marco (my first choice), kelly, siumin, jianxin and more... i'll pass the promos and go to J2. that's my goal for this year.
back to the topic... many tk peeps crashed mjc today. nadirah, kangyung, weiming, minhui... etc. lots more. it's like tk owns the school. i miss all my tk friends... shuuji, anisa, sally, christine. i see zukai so that is okay... but ya, besides him, i really want to see all of them. mjc is so so so so so stressful!
next... band. vincent as usual was being strict during sectionals. we played les miserables, jericho and the phantom of the opera. lots of running notes. nice lah...i'm beginning to like the clarinet section. my seniors are okay. strict... but friendly. i think zhengyi very scary cos he very quiet. but he's nice too lah. my SL and ASL also rocks... they're very strict during band but when out of band, they are nice! so ya... after band, all the J2 seniors were sitting behind me at the gallery, engrossed by the soccer match too. mj soccer... congrats on winning! danial... u're a fantastic goalkeeper! keep it up...!
kk... have to go study soon... just finished american idol. i think lisa tucker rocks my socks! she's only 16 but ya, her voice is so powerful! she'll be one of the tops.
ciao.

i'm tired... but i have to say, OGL camp 2oo6 rocks!
made lots of new friends. raymond, rubayn, bryna, melvin, eugene... group 2 rocks! we'll rock you freshies, when u come into MJC. it'll be a wonderful experience. haha. today was the second day of OGL camp. woke up at the normal time to go to school. when i reached school, the school gates weren't open. so all of us OGLs stood outside the school gates till one of the canteen vendors came. we were supposed to start at 7.15am but we eventually started at 7.45am... close to 8.
sat with the other sargasians and discussed the new identities, placards, banners, shirt designs for OGLs and OHLs. lots of ideas were thrown out. can't wait to see the end product. 2oo6 batch of sargas OGLs just rocks. it's been great working with all of u during the camp. we'll do it well on the second orientation day. we had mass dance in the hall just now. it was freakin hot cos we did mambo no. 5, accidentally in love & livin la vida loca for an hour or so, without the air cons on. oh well... dancing to the tune of these songs will definitely make u high.
then had CSI: meridian. it was so tiring just walking around school to look for the clues. my feet are hurting now, and my eyes are closing. *yawn* i'm so exhausted! can't even continue typing already. been stopping and chatting with frens on msn. just so so so lazy. other than that... had wet & wild. i was in charge of one station with xiaoling. group 5's game rocks lor... title: splish splash from upstairs. anyway. i think i better go sleep. falling asleep in front of the comp already. tell u more next time. nite.

kk... i know i'm still up at this unearthly hour, but if i do not get this off my chest, i will not be able to sleep.
today's valentines' day sucked for me! big time... instead of enjoying my day at home, i had to go to work. at the restaurant again... not only that, i met up with four goons who didn't know a single thing about being a waiter of waitress. sucked lor... sigh.
went there at about 3. did up the balloons and decos for the valentines' day dinner. it was fine until the 4 china people arrived...
pravin and i were posted to the bridge deck with two of the china peeps. worst of all, they had no prior background knowledge on being a waiter/waitress. so ya, when 6.30pm came, i was starting to become busy taking orders and serving drinks and food. however, the both of them were clueless and just stood there. k fine... i admit i don't know how to take orders as i had forgotten. at least i tried right? i didn't stand there like some goon, waiting to be called upon. i was constantly running here and there trying to keep up with the workload. people kept coming... couples after couples.
and aunt alice (the lady boss) was beginning to get on my nerves. so what if she's the ladyboss, it doesn't give her the right to shout at people constantly. humans have feelings too you know...and they get tired too. i hadn't eaten dinner when people started coming. there simply wasn't enough time to take a rest. hence, from 3 to 11.30, i have been standing on my feet, taking so many orders and serving the couples. let me tell u... it is not an easy job. u face people who criticise the service saying it is 'so slow', 'inefficient' and 'dismal'. and u get people who smoke and blow the smoke into ur face. arrggg... freaking pissed! and that alice just stood at the bar counter ordering us ard. back to the china peeps... they were completely redundant! they not only didn't help out much, but made a nuisance of themselves by coming in MY way. 'james ah... that table wants ice water. that table hasn't gotten their main course. that table wants soup.' (in chinese by the way). so ya... being the busy person that i am, i keep asking them to go look for pravin (the person in charge of the bridgedeck). and being raised in china... they speak poor english. and ya... there u have it, two chinese speaking people speaking to pravin (an indian) in broken english. so... everyone on the bridgedeck is pissed as it is, and all of them can't understand their broken english... so ya, it is up to me to translate and tell them the proper meaning. so ya... today's valentines' day sucked cos alice kept taking it out on me! i like the job cos u see the couples' face light up at the end, when they have enjoyed their meal. however, u also see the pissed side of them too... kk, tried to be nice to everyone there. i smiled... spoke proper english... and helped the couples take pictures. this is something that only a kind waiter does... who would even care? not many...
so ya... some couples truly appreciated the extra mile that i went for them... getting drinks and taking pics. i have to thank them for making my day special. there were quite a few people who were very pleased. like duh right... i served them with a smile. :) there were also some who understood the plight that i was in... especially working with two almost english-illiterate people and had patience. i could somehow sense the displeasure in their eyes. they were upset with the service... since the bridgedeck only had two people manning the taking of orders and serving of food & drinks. i bet matthew had the same problem with the other two chinese peeps in the main deck. oh well... i'm taking it as an experience. shall not go on further... i have school tmr.
i hope this will be the last time i have to work with alice. she's a fierce and unreasonable boss... even her husband tries to accomodate us. i mean... i didn't do anything wrong unlike the two chinese students who served wrong food to people. they wanted salmon but ended up having chicken... i tell u... it can be really tiring and upsetting to do a business only to have people screw it up for u. there were a few people who didn't even have their meals and walked off... (not my fault... the two peoples' fault). oh well... i will still wish them happy valentines' day (more like sad) but... think of us waiters please. spare a thought... i have to go back to school tmr and continue my whole day in school... just let us go home with a smile. i did... haha, but with lots of complaints. at least i got to see my godbrother daryl... i better stop here. should be able to sleep soon... with an empty stomache that is.
so ya... happy valentines' day! night.

ahhh... so many things to do and yet so little time.
i have to work later at the boat... sian sian. so ya, rushing all my tutorials and assignments now. arrggg... i shall have to work doubly hard after this. chemistry tutorial 5 & 6, GP essay, maths tutorial and physics test to study for.
firstly, sorry christine if i sounded a bit harsh. i don't know what's wrong with me? haha... go to TJC if you want. i'll be here supporting you. all the best in TJC if u do get in.
yesterday was one day that i'll always remember. went out for dinner with marco and val last night. 13 feb. went to the glass house for dinner and had fish and co. eating out with the both of them... haha. comical man! i had coriander catch while they had some combo meal. the whole meal cost us 70 plus bucks. i only had 30 bucks with me while kor had a bit more. kor's card EXPIRED and val didn't have money... i can't imagine the embarrassment that we suffered. haha... in the end, i had to find an atm nearby to draw money. sigh... so not shy! lol...
after that walked to plaza singapura where we just walked around. marco and i went to try out the guy's cologne at john little. haha. marco... u know what i'll buy for u lah... perfume can right? i know u'll love it, especially since it's from ur younger brother. took a long walk to bugis where we sat at macs for like an hour, gossiping and people watching. there was like totally fat guy who had a huge tummy... omg. terrible... confirm die in army one lor. pardon my english... 'O' levels are over, so i need to lash out some singlish. so ya, this guy wasn't shy lor. eat so much burgers somemore. his arteries must be blocked from all the fattening food consumed. the sight of him... yucks!
haha... marco was lame. he tried to matchmake yuhian and val. unsuccessful attempt lah... they won't look good together. i can't picture them getting married anyway. the name itself sounds wrong lor... mrs valerie ong. i better stop... later val punch me like she did to kor. i don't want to get a blue black on my arm... ugly!
thanks guys for celebrating with me... love the both of u.

sorry ya... have to put this picture up. marco... i know u'll come to my blog more often to admire urself. haha...oops.
Happy Valentines' Day to all...
take care and enjoy this day with ur loved ones. i spent pre-valentines' day with two of my dear siblings in the picture... it was excellent! enjoy the day tmr. ciao.

before i fly to the moon, or party at pearlene's house, i think i should blog first in case i procastinate later on...
just came back from school after an hour of pure elation... i guess many of u will want to know how tk did. i have to say... we did brilliant! my class especially... well done 4f. kk... =)
went back to MJC in the morning. had the principal talk and JAE talk for about an hour. then went to parkway with kelvin, nicholas & stanley. met lots of other people there. there were victorians, chung chengs, tkgsians & tksians. ya...the four major schools in the area. and i bet we all did well... so ya... to all schools who did well, congrats!
after that went to my aunt's house along tanjong katong road, where i spent about 3 hours before going to school to collect the results. when i reached school, there were already lots of people from my batch there and all of us were so nervous to receive our results.
this year, mr koh didn't have much of a job to do. normally, mrs chan would present the results and narrate thru out. but mr koh didn't have to do anything. he just said... "next subject" and my batch would just scream and shout... cos well, we did well! will update u on the school level as a whole next time... all they had on the screen was... "u have done well!" which is what they put up every year.
my batch has done better than the past few batches... the 2005 batch rocks! haha.
kk... for the moment of truth (i was afraid to receive my results):
english - A1 combined science - A1 english literature - A2 e maths - A2 a maths - A2 combined humanities - B3 chinese - B3
L1R5... eleven.
i'm an eleven pointer!!!
ya... i'm so happy for myself. thank God for this wonderful miracle. he has definitely answered my prayers. thanks to aunt mag, godma for praying for me too. getting such good grades is truly a great experience. you'll never know how it feels to be doing so well.
mr anwari was so impressed with my class results. the teachers deserve to receive recognition for this.
heartfelt gratitude to:
mr tan (chem) mrs goh ~mr wee (phy) miss tan (a maths) mrs ong (e maths) mrs koh~miss lim~mdm puja~mrs poon (english) mrs poon (english literature) mrs yeo (geog elect) mrs choi (social studies) guo lao shi (chinese)
other frens who did well...
jianxin - 11 pts andrew - 10 pts gelina -10 pts christine - 9 pts sally - 12 pts anisa - 14 pts shuuji - 7 pts pearlene- 10 pts zukai - 11 pts
it's really all thanks to God. without his divine help, i would never have gotten eleven points!
and...
LITERATURE CLASS ROCKS THE MOST! 100% passes and 78.6% distinctions... WE DID IT LITERATURISTS! WE'RE THE FIRST BATCH THAT ACHIEVED SUCH BRILLIANT RESULTS!
it will be a record in the history of tk... that no other batch can ever break cos we had mrs poon. i never expected to get an A2 for literature and A1 for english. thank God entirely for that.
when i did my o levels, i didn't expect to do that well with eleven points. staring at the results slip yesterday, all i could say was "thank you God!"
the feeling is just great... i guess you have to really taste it for urself.
i better go help tk band now... cos chia requested help. oh, i also get a reward for doing it. ha!
ciao.. =)

confession time...
i pon school today. it wasn't my idea to go off so early. i was supposed to pon only after maths tutorial... but in the end, i chabot at 10 plus. i was like so scared to even leave the school lor. afraid that mr ng or my parents would call me... but ya, managed to lor. furthermore the lessons after that were rather boring... maths tutorial especially since we did not buy the graphic calculator. there were so little people in class today. out of 18 people, only 11 turned up. sad right? siwee, wilberg, aloysius, cindy and pearlene all pon lor. junhao also left after GP along with cheehowe, zhengxin & me. in the end, only the girls were left in class. haha...
cheehowe and i were like so freaking afraid. this is bad k! i'm not teaching you good things... haha. took a train down to bedok. had brunch at the hawker centre and then met up with wilberg and pearlene to watch 'fearless'. nice movie... full of action... quite brutal lor! the surround sound made the whole movie so real. especially the breaking of the bones. *youch* the worst thing that could happen happened right there in the cinema at princess. mr ng called cheehowe first and scolded him for ponning maths lesson. at that time, i was thinking..."i'm in deep shit when i get home! sure get scolded by my parents!" next he called me. at first, i wanted to leave the cinema so that it would be quieter and he would not suspect anything. eventually, i picked up the phone. he asked why i didn't go for maths tutorial... haha. i told him my maid was going back to indonesia and i had to rush off to see her (which is true... except that my father was supposed to fetch me at 2 whilst i pon at 10)! then he asked why i didn't take the green form of which i replied i rushed off...
confession is good for the soul. i'm sorry mr ng... really sorry!
anyway...i'm home now. thought mr ng would call my parents. but apparently, he didn't! i shall not pon again like that. where's the angel in me gone to? i should not be doing this! haha... but it was really a close shave! heng ah! so ya...i'm seeing yati off at the airport later. will miss her lots and lots! better rest a bit first...
ciao.

sigh... andrew's gone! four years of being best friends and now, he's going off to australia for the next ten years. it's just so hard to let go. oh well, we'll remain the best of friends andrew. always and forever i hope.
just came back from the farewell dinner for andrew. met andrew at parkway at around 5.30pm. audrey, gita, nelson, paul & stanley turned up for the dinner as well. had the dinner at swensens'... though i didn't have ice cream. still trying to lose as much weight before i begin to indulge in all the fatty food. back to the topic...
walked around parkway before proceeding to swensens'. took some pictures after dinner. will upload it soon... very tired now. thinking of this last dinner together with my best friend just makes it so hard to accept that i'm not going to see him till God knows when. but i'll do just fine with God by my side. andrew soetiono, hurry come back k.
i hope u like the small gift... keep it always to remember me. haha... and take good care of yourself in australia. i'll miss you like crazy! thank edwin for me... it's been a joy knowing him too. tell him thanks for the wonderful dinner. will treat him next time. go to church k... you'll understand the joy of knowing the Lord. hope to hear the good news of you becoming a christian in time to come... cos God loves you! so ya... will pray for you all the time.
till next time... please keep me updated all the time through ur blog and thru email...
best friend, james.

kk... i'm falling asleep soon... really really tired.
the stupid college road race was today and it was fun on the whole lah. i didn't bother to really run competitive. i just made sure i ran faster than the girls to avoid throwing my face away. the bad thing was that i was running against the wind. so ya... i was one of the last to go thru the finishing line cos i didn't really bother. i walked some parts of the way of 4.3km. callistor came in fourth this year, despite having so many victorians on our side. how can? victorians are supposed to be good at running. oh... we also had many J2s who seemed fit and had the stamina. oh well... i enjoyed myself on the whole.
reached there at 2 but the race only started at 3 plus. shall not elaborate on what happened lah... too much to tell.
to cut the long story short... i don't like him! not at all... he's the weirdest freak ever in singapore. we cheered just now cos we won some prizes... and that freako was sitting there covering his ears. he has some serious attitude problem. anyway...
three cheers and three cheers and three cheers for callisto... hip hip hurray hip hip hurray hip hip hurray
sargas 4 & 5 then went for dinner together at TM. bonding session... other than that, nothing much already. so ya... i'm now in andrew's house, falling asleep.
before i forget...
Happy Birthday to the Clarinet Section Leader, Vincent.
we're going to do the final recording session tmr... and the cd will be complete. can't wait for this to happen. it is such things that keep me going, or else i would have died of boredom in MJC long ago.
gonna sleep now... ciao.

i think the teachers in MJC are sadistic freaks. they give lots and lots of hw. i should never have gone to MJC. sigh... i'm now up to my heels in tutorials, projects, presentations... my brain is now full of chemistry. moles, molecular mass and stuff like that. i've been doing my chemistry assignment for the past hour. freaky! i hope i don't think of chemical terms tonight in my dreams.
kk... today was another really stressful and boring day in MJC. i have to say... there is never a day in MJC where i feel happy. you either feel stressed, depressed or on the verge of committing suicide. fine... the last part was an exaggeration. i feel like going to poly but no, i can't cos i'm stuck in the school for the next two years... that is unless a miracle happens. i hope it does. so ya... i have lots of tutorials to complete over the next few days. date due... monday! grrrrrr..
before i forget...
Happy Birthday Adrian Kor...
Happy Birthday Da Kor...
Happy Birthday Ho Huiying...
so... tmr is the road race and i have to run competitive. stupid event lah. it's a complete waste of time and i can't even be bothered to attend it. i hope tmr rains like it's the end of the world, so that it will be totally cancelled. it will be held at bedok reservoir... so that's a consolation cos it's near my place. i still wish something will happen tmr so that i don't have to attend it. i would have better spent it finishing up my chem tutorial/assignment!
the second thing that pissed me off today... my paternal relatives just came back from malaysia. don't get me wrong. they're not malaysians. they went for a holiday so as not to participate in the chinese new year traditions of going to people's houses. so ya... they're back today. i have to say aunt constance is somewhat illogical. she says we have to go to her house to collect hongbaos. there is no logic to this... really! it's just her theory that people have to do it out of respect for her and i am one of those people who seriously can't be bothered to do it. furthermore, my school is no longer near her place. when i was in tk, it was a five mins walk. MJC is so far away... forget it man! oh ya... she's stingy too.
wait... i have to make sure people see this... my mother gives everyone an equal amount of more than 6 bucks, but my paternal side relatives are very very stingy. they give 4 bucks or at most... 6 bucks! i am bitching now... but ya, must let out the steam before i go crazy! they save up on the money for luxurious holidays and stuff... especially constance. she goes on holidays like nobody's business. i know it's all right for them to spend their own money... but chinese new year is only once a year, can't they be more generous???
i love my maternal side cousins more... cos they are friendly, and they do things with rational thinking... unlike the paternal side ones. my maternal relatives are also more fun to be with cos all of us get along well.. unlike the paternal side. besides, there are so much conflicts going on between my paternal relatives that i just don't want to be involved. the only peeps i like from my paternal side are my cousins... the adults are losers! kk...i feel much better now.
i can't wait to meet andrew. miss u buddy. shall finish off the cd production this saturday k... we'll sing 'at the beginning' duet. haha... the 'O' level results are coming out next week... AHHHHHHHHHH! i don't want to know my results... hopefully, my dream of 12 points come true... my hardwork MUST pay off. i shall not think too much. gonna finish up more hw before i go stay over at andrew's place.
ciao...

chinese new year is already over? so fast lor... i didn't even get to enjoy myself thoroughly yet. kk, enough complaining.
the past few days have been okay. received lots of hongbaos... it's not over yet though. in the case for me, i still have some relatives who escaped the traditions by going to malacca. so ya, they will be giving me my red packet soon. this sunday in church, my church friends will also be giving hongbaos. so ya... it's not over.
the first day of new year was a stay home event. people came to my place through out the day. my mum cooked lots of dishes again. only went to my grandaunt's place at night for dinner. well, the cousins practically hid in a room, playing tai tee, bluff all the time. haha.. it was fun playing with them. ate lots of food there too... sigh, i don't want to grow fat, but ya, couldn't resist. haha!
the second day was spent at another grandaunt's house eating and playing tai tee again. i know it's sian... but ya, kids don't mind lah. so i played with my younger cousins. ya... that was how i spent my new year. rather sian...
went samantha's house for visitation too, except that wenhao pang sei. he had to entertain his taiwanese cousins. ya... so i was there for about two hours, teaching sam how to use msn. played uno with her and cheryl. played stress too... i won one game and lost the other. sad lah...
so ya... andrew and edwin are coming to my church this sunday. can't wait to see the both of them. meanwhile, better go study and finish up my freaking tutorials! ciao.
